1. Who we are

Nertel is the brand of AHORRANEXUM TELECOM S.L. (Spanish tax ID B22629083), registered at Pasaje Flabiol, 12, 17257 Torroella de Montgrí (Girona), Spain. We design and deploy artificial intelligence agents and automations for businesses. Full company details are in the legal notice.

2. What the app does

The “Nertel” app connects Google to our automation platform, which links a business’s email, calendar and other tools so that repetitive work gets done on its own. For example:

• alerting the team when a new lead comes in;
• creating reminders to return a call;
• sending appointment and booking confirmations;
• keeping appointments in sync with the calendar.

3. Which Google permissions we request and why

• Gmail, send email (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send): sending, from the user’s account and on their behalf, the alerts and confirmations they have set up themselves. The app cannot read, sort or delete any email.
• Google Calendar, events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): creating, viewing and changing appointments and reminders in the user’s calendars.

We do not request any other Google permission. If another one were ever needed, we would describe it here before requesting it.

4. Who can use it

The Nertel team and the client companies that sign up for the automation service. Each person connects their own account on Google’s screen and sees the permissions before accepting them: without that explicit consent, the app has access to nothing.

5. What we do with the data

Google data is only used for the automations the user has set up. We do not sell or transfer it, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. Which data it is, how long it is kept and who it is shared with is set out in the privacy policy, under “Use of Google data”.

6. How to revoke access

Any user can revoke the permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions: choose “Nertel” and remove its access. The automations that depend on it stop immediately. To ask us to delete the data, write to info@nertel.ai.
